Meet our Founder and CEO
Under the guidance of Dr. Ratesh Khillan, a board-certified Hematology-oncologist, Clinical Affiliate and Assistant Professor at SUNY Downstate Hospital, and Clinical affiliate with Mount Sinai Hospital, and NewYork – Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital.
Dr. Khillan being an IMG knows the struggles and hurdles faced by International medical graduates.
Mariana and Clara having completed their USMLE exams with over 270 on both USMLE Step 1 and Step 2, has ample knowledge and passion to mentor the students and graduates alike to gain the maximum results from the already available resources. They have mastered the art of exam taking and can help you do the same.

USMLE 260+
Dr. Lopes graduated from the Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais, one of the best medical schools in Brazil, and is about to start her Internal Medicine-Pediatrics residency at MetroHealth/Case Western in 2023. She is passionate about medical education and helping other students improve their clinical knowledge and test-taking skills. She had outstanding scores on all three USMLE Steps and has helped many students get their goal scores since.
USMLE 260+
Graduated from the Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais, one of the best medical schools in Brazil, and is passionate about internal medicine and patient care. Dr. Lopes is about to start her Internal Medicine residency at Beaumont Royal Oak hospital in 2023 after excelling at all three USMLE Steps. She has also been involved in various MedEd initiatives and has helped many students raise their games and improve their scores.
USMLE 260+
A Graduate of Dayanand Medical College, India. An IMG with vast knowledge of the USMLE process who is enthusiastic about making medical education fun and easy to learn. He will start a Surgery Residency at SUNY Downstate in 2023. He is very passionate about using technology to make your journey to residency smooth. In addition, he is very motivated to make a difference in medical education and the match process.
